I have used this company for a few years now and have never had an issue. This year however has determined for me that I will never use them again. The secretary is rude and the business takes no responsibility for their mistakes. I paid extra to have my check sooner and the secretary never mailed it out when she received it. I asked for them to overnight at their own cost because they made a mistake. Guess what they two day mailed it and it did not arrive on time. I am beyond angry about the lack of initiative. I also asked for a figure from a previous return and they said they would charge $20 and send it by snail mail. Which takes 5-7 days to get to my location. Then I called back again and was told they dont keep past returns? Which is it. Please do yourself a favor and use TurboTax instead its free and you wont have to deal with a bunch of people with their thumbs up their rear ends. ...read more
