I had a horrible privledge of talking with Diane Fusco. When she told me I had to go to my local branch to solve my problem. I told her thank you that is what I was told by customer service. She said 'so why did you want to talk to me to voice your opinion?' When I told her to please not be so rude. She started yelling at me to show me what 'rude is!'
