No wonder this store has so little business!! Their "terms of sale" -printed on the receipt but not mentioned/emphasized otherwise, are abominable if you are a consumer shopping for interior products which must almost need to be seen in place before you can decide whether they work well in your decor! Even internet stores (not to mention big-box stores) have more gracious, consumer-oriented policies in regard to return. My advice: the only advantage this store has over internet stores IS in-your-face customer service, which they don't provide anyhow.
