I bought a Lopi Lyden Stove from Rustic by Design in July of 2010. The workers were professional and seem to do quality work. The first rainstorm we had the roof leaked. It is now 2 1/2 years later and the roof is still leaking even though they have come out numerous times to fix. My Lopi Stove had the insert crack and I notified Rustic in September of 2012. They stated that they would order parts and come back out to see about the roof. I have contacted them each month since and NO calls back. I contacted Travis industries whom makes the LOPI stove and they put me in contact with Warner Hearth and Patio in Cumberland, MD. They had the parts to fix the stove in two weeks and problem solved. I will be filing a lawsuit against Rustic for the leaky roof. This company does not stand behind their work and lacks customer service. ...read more

The workers were professionals that are NFI certifed so my insurance never had a question of wether the jobs were done right. Thank You ! ...read more
