This service PROFESSIONAL was on time, understanding of my situation and wonderful to deal with, We are selling our home and have recently gotten an offer. The home inspection is coming up and just in time for that, the kitchen drain totally clogged and no " over-the-counter" product worked ( I tried 3 different ones !) Finally, I called Roto-Rooter and they sent Keith over. Keith diagnosed the problem right away, offered me several options for the amount of the job based on warranty length, and promptly resolved the problem with my drain. Great job!!\t\nI went online and made a apointment for the same day for a blocked pipe, Keith was ontime and had the pipe opened and running in less the 2 hours. He showed me the problem in the pipe which was tree roots and exspaided what needed to be done to fix the problem permently. He was a true pro. I had another company come for a blockage in toilet drain they were here 5 hours could'nt open it saying we have to get a new line.... I called Roto Rooter they were out in 2 hours and within an 2 hours it was open....
