Service is always excellent: professional and inclusive. One of my first experiences was to send a large number of books to a mission station in West Africa. I was so glad to read the reviews above so I don't feel that I am being over-sensitive about what I exerienced at the Shipping Box this morning. The man working there is so rude and condescending- I will never return and will gladly wait in long lines at the post office going forward to avoid him. He basically called me out for being in the way of two other customers, when meanwhile these customers had been insisting for several minutes that I move ahead of them in line bc my box looked heavy. He had no idea that had happened, bc he was helping another customer and wasn't listening to begin with. Then he looked at my box and told me what I had wasn't a prepaid label so he couldn't accept it. Very abrupt and rude. He was right about the label, and I would gladly have paid for shipping at that point, but why on earth would I want to pay him for anything? ...read more
