To the person who wrote about the phone number....I have used that phone number to contact the store and have not had a problem. If you are having an issue with the automated system then maybe you should contact Boscovs Department store itself. That number is for the whole store so I do not think it is fair of you to give a lower rating to the optical center for something they may have no control over. Just saying. internet listing specifically for optical gives you general store listing which is not a perfson. First atempt to talk to system took me to lingerie section whic h could not supply optical number. Second attempt required me to say optical three times. If internet listing says optical, as it does, the numberf for that department should be listed not the number for the store. ...read more
