It is sad I feel I have to give this store such a bad review just because the Manageress doesn't care to respect Customers. She was rude, obnoxious and condescending.\t\n\t\nI would suggest that you go next door to Neiman Marcus, who, thank goodness, stock the brand, and avoid being insulted by the Manageress of the Stuart Weitzman store.\t\n\t\nIt is sad when such a good brand has the potential of being damaged by a terribly unprofessional person like the Manageress. I will never shop at Bloomingdales again! I purchased merchandise that qualified me for a gift card. I had to return two items and was put through fuc**** hell when I tired to return.
