On May 01/2013 I ordered and paid in full for a tombstone for my parents grave. It is now 09/2014, no stone and had to get a lawyer and go to the magistrate. That even is dragging out. Avoid this business like the plague. They do NOT have numbers low enough to rate this business. All you get is lies and false promises. I wish someone would have told me this sooner about this place! We ordered my Dads tombstone on Sept. 15, 2012 and it is now May 5, 2013 and still have no tombstone! He LIES about why its not here yet! He LIES straight to your face!!!!! We were one of the lucky ones who got are money back because he didn't even order it yet!!! My advice to who ever he rips off to go to the magistrate and file charges on him!!!!! He cant just take your money and get away with it!!!!!!! This place needs shut down!!!!! The previous reviewer used the word "Crooked" but Zankey is worse than a Crook. He preys upon, and takes advantage of those in grief by taking their money and doing nothing. When asked for a refund he says, "I don't have it and can't repay you at this time as I'm having financial difficulties." Is it possible he is running a Ponzi Scheme? Avoid this place unless you want to get burned and put through 5 months of unnecessary difficulties trying to get your money back. SHAME! ...read more
