I had been told in Dec., 2010, that my timeshare was sold . I paid my $1498.oo for "my costs". This was with your man, Alex. Then this was confirmed by Ryan of your co. Conf.# 19176781. Since then I spoken several times with an Edward who kept me asssured that things were progressing though some setbacks. April is the last I heard from Edward. I have not received the final papers that were to arrive, nor have I received ANY MONEY. i HAVE major physical health problems and looking to have more back surgery. I NEED THE MONEY.
