I called Tom the owner for an estimate on getting some treea taken out. He was not very friendly towards me and left me feeling like he didn't want my business. He never followed up and called me back. His price was a little high although that was not the reason I didn't call him. He seemed like a know it all and never returned my call like he said he would. The Cherry Tree in my back yard was badly damaged in last Saturday's storm and Tom, the owner told me the tree could be saved and wanted a hefty fee for the removal of the section that was badly damaged. He told me he could cable the tree together and it would be fine. After putting me off 3 days in a row, I contacted another service that has a very good reputation and it's clear that the tree cannot be saved. One section of the tree is very precarious and with another storm could potentially cause extensive damage to surrounding properties. I would not recommend this business. ...read more
