DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! We hired them to install a sewage pump and paid $3500 for that job. Now, less than two months later it is no longer working. When we consulted another plumber, he informed us that the pump failed because it had been installed INCORRECTLY. Instead of using waterproof plugs, this guy had cut and spliced the wires leaving them exposed to the water in the grinder pit. When we called Speedy rooter/Capitol plumbing to make them aware, we were told sorry, we don't warranty our work. So now we get to pay another 3000 dollars to have the dame job done AGAIN, instead of having the work done correctly the first time. So yeah, I would steer clear of these guys. This company is the worst I've ever seen when it comes to customer service. The owner/manager "MARK" is a liar, bad mouthing, cheat and gets away with everything because he is the main contractor American Home Shield deals with for plumbing and HVAC work in Harrisburg area....NO MORE!!!! I found a way to have him removed from their contract work. Call American Home Shield (AHS) and file a formal complaint about "Mark". Then have a formal complaint about the company itself. Next you need to put Moad Services on a "refused list" that way he won't be allowed to come to your house again. Next ask the agent to have an email sent to the contractor relations group in order to provide you with a different contractor. After all that is done, then you can have another contractor come to your home and never have to deal with "Mark" belittling you as person, deal with his rudeness as a customer and won't have to worry about him scamming you out of money...WHICH HE DOES! ...read more
