From start to finish, we are very satisfied with (almost) everything related to our new mattress purchase. Because we have white carpeting in all bedrooms and because the weather was very wet and stormy on the delivery date, we strongly requested that the delivery men come equipped with booties. However, DESPITE our serious request, the delivery men did not have booties and told me no such request was listed on the work order? They did very graciously and politely offer to remove their shoes but it was awkward, and I was very hesitant to agree since we have a two-story with a wooden staircase and I was very concerned about their safety involving going up and down wooden steps while carrying a huge, heavy, king-sized mattress in their stocking feet! So I asked them to put their shoes back on. All ended well, but I strongly suggest that delivery men use booties for clients who request such. ...read more

This is my favorite country store anywhere! I love dealing with family owned, small businesses like this one. I'm always pleased with the level of service I receive at Barbara Ann's. I have many pieces of their furniture, several made by Barbara Ann's husband with quality and workmanship that is second to none!
