Ken, you are exactly correct, this man is a thief. He was released from prison a couple of years ago and is up to his old tricks again, including forgery, passing bad checks, posing as an attorney to rip off loved-ones of deceased persons, posing as an accountant to extort money via phony tax return preparation and preying on dying people to take over their wealth and possesions.
