Waldameer is a great little park where I feel safe letting my grandkids run and play. The food is good but expensive. My son had a birthday party here last year and it was wonderful! Very good service and attentiveness, food was great, etc! Two weeks ago my son attended a party there on Saturday morning and it was soo dirty in the building! There was old birthday cake and spilled/sticky pop from the night before on the floor, the bathrooms were very dirty and all of the garbage cans were so full, you could not deposit any trash! Of course, the kids do not notice this, but the adults surely did! When the boys played Lazer Tag, 3 of the 8 kids vests did not work properly for the entire session! And the attendants working did not seem to care about any of this or notice anything was wrong! They were leisurely standing behind the counter and did not seem concerned. The parents who had the party did get to speak with someone and told of these issues, but the repsonse that they got was that the building was older and was soon to be remodeled!
