I sat in a chair for 4 hours for a color correct and a simple trim. I walked out with golden hair.. still!!! And a mullet! And the same damaged hair I walked in with! Please tell me how I got a "fresh new look"??? I'm 30 years old. I don't want to look my age...I wanted Gwen Stefani blonde....some how I ended with what I started with only a little bit better. But regardless of what I write here...and how bad I HATE IT. The point is....NO ONE NOTICED! My own kids didn't see a difference...so tell me what the $100 was that you did for me.
