I would highly recommend this company to any one. They were fast, direct in telling me what needed to be done after the fire, and they went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed to celebrate our holiday last Christmas even when we couldn't be in the house. When the lightening struck my house, First General was there to board up my roof even after dark. No one else would help me and it was getting late. I knew there was a big storm coming and water would be my next issue. I was lucky and a fire didn't start, but the hole in my roof was something I couldn't tarp over or control myself.
