I came to this company because of a referral and I'm so glad that I did. I had 4 years of taxes that I thought my previous preparer filed and then I started getting all of these letters stating they weren't. PTBC Services, took the time out to do all of the research and the phone calls for me and they completed and filed all of the returns and I now pay the monthly payment plan that they set me up with even at THEIR office!
