Used one of their ATMs in center city Philadelphia. Needed $100 but was only given $40, however, the full $2 fee was charged and I was not given a choice, just spits out a fraction of what I needed, charged the fee and left me to find the rest somewhere else. Those people left a message on my phone to call back about some money that was being returned to me (?). I politely returned the call and some lady named K???y was very,VERY RUDE!! She raised her voice and spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner and after we exchange words, she hung up the phone on my ear. I called back very upset and asked to speak with a manager. It turned out that SHE was the person that I spoke with and she did not want to ADMIT that she was the one that treated me very poorly!! As a Healthcare professional you treat EVERY person with RESPECT!! Without a doubt, this place needs a "COMPLETE" staff change! Beginning with that VERY RUDE person!! ...read more
