I have never had an issue with any of the crew at Pennscapes. They were always respectful and hardworking. I had them do many jobs at my house for years and their work always with-stood the elements season after season. This company did an awful job in my kitchen. They destroyed our walls, tiles was crooked, grout lines were crooked, some were thick, some thin. They did not take the tile all the way to the top of our walls and on one wall they did not take it all the way to the edge, leaving an unfinished area all around the tile which looks awful. They put our outlets back on crooked, leaving wire exposed on one. They use white bathroom caulk around the edges, they put in broken tiles. When I asked for my money back, b/c there is no way to fix what they did without completely ripping out this tile, they basically told me "good luck with that" and hung up on me. They were very unprofessional. I felt a big disconnect with owner. He really needs to work on his communication skills. We were just on different levels. He never did what I asked him and would disappear into his truck for long periods of time. If he did not want my business, he should have said so in the first place. We could have saved each other time and headaches. I am not happy with the work and would not reccommend them to anyone. ...read more
