I was very impressed with George the service technician. Other shops talked about replacing the entire board. George told me he could probably just replace a few components (capacitors, resistors, etc) and that would save me a few dollars. So other shops talked $250 or would give me a quote when they arrived. George replaced six components on my board, was at my house a while (at least an hour or a little more) to make sure the set was running right and the bill was $190. I could have brought the set to his shop and saved about $40. What i really liked was I got the impression George was a really smart guy and really knew how the subsystems in the set worked. Additionally, it was a pleasure having him in my home because of his laid back unassuming manner.
