Encore Editions return policy is stated at the bottom of the second page of "checkout" . If you don't scroll all the way down page 2 you won't see it: Sneaky, eh? 1) They will determine whether your return request has merit and give you a return number 2) No exceptions to anything I ordered a small print, a set of note cards and a slightly larger print. It can be a bit confusing when trying to determine what size exactly one is going to receive. My problem was twofold: 1) the larger print, although within the parameters of 'good quality' as stated by the website, was of very poor quality, as if you blew up an image from the Web and printed it off on your own PC printer. Result? A blurry, hazily colored picture that a 10 year old kid could have made. 2) The note cards I ordered were never sent. Seller said I didn't order cards, order receipt said I did. I returned it immediately upon opening. Repeatedly requested return number Finally got credit - Keep at it and save all documents. ...read more
