The person on the phone on Friday, 5/30/08 at the Darby location told me ""there's nothing we can do for you,"" when I asked how to transfer registration of my trailer, which came from NJ and, under the laws of that state, did not require title for such vehicles. I asked to speak to someone who might know something about how to help and she gave me another number to call.
