***News*** Change in Hours
It's been a little while since we sent out a bulletin. We wanted to get in touch with you about some recent changes that we made to our schedule, and why we made them. We intended to be open for Autumn dinner hours until the first of the year, but a few things happened that forced us to alter our plans. First, Mel Basham, our partner and Chef decided that he was going to leave for a new job. Mel's departure left us a little short staffed, but we planned to maintain our evening hours anyway with Lynn Ellis our Manager, stepping in as Mel's replacement in the kitchen. Unfortunately, the following week, Lynn fell in the restaurant and lightly fractured her ankle. Don't worry, she is doing fine, but the injury prevented her from being able to put in the long hours that would be necessary to open the restaurant in the morning, and cook at night. As a result of these events we have condensed our schedule to 10:AM - 3:PM, Monday thru Saturday We'll be open for Lunch every day, except Sunday, and we'll still offer plenty of quality specials for you and your family to enjoy.
