DO NOT USE ZIP APPLIANCE SERVICES!\t\nTechnician was RUDE!\t\nThe company put in a part that went bad in less than 6 months and the technician refused to fix it under the warranty and yelled at me. Owner had to schedule a different tech to come out.\t\nThey scheduled me and the other teach never showed up!When they finally did show up, they left and the dryer was still broken!
