They r the worst ever!! Check out Newswatch 16 article about Savana Realty and Marjer, Inc. Buying back taxes properties or should we say stealing them from hard working citizens, that weren't properly notified that they owed back taxes and turning into slum lords! How unprofessional and unethical!! Google it and see who was involved in the comments section as well, how awful!! Who would trust them or anyone affiliated with them for their realty needs??!! You do not want to do business with them, trust me, they do not work in your best interest!! Only interested in a quick closing and making big money! Very unprofessional and unethical realty co.
