Don't purchase anything if you are not sure you will be using it for sure. They have a 30 day return policy regardless of the condition of product or if you have a receipt. I went in to return 2 small items that we didn't use and was first snubbed by the cashier because the receipt was older then 30 days and then the girl behind the other counter says we don't give refunds on products older then 30 days. She then moved some merchandise around on her counter to uncover some return policy that they have posted underneath product they have on the counter. How are you supposed to read and know their policy if they have it covered? I felt almost as if they were accusing me of stealing even though I did have the receipt. I would think that in this economy they would want repeat business and would honor something as simple as this. I guess they don't need my business any longer for that will be the last time that I step foot in thier business even though it is only 2 miles from my home ...read more

I contacted this company to find the best solution for soundproofing a room in my home. I was talked to like I was a first grader.
