The customer service is absolutely horrible. We have been trying to get our 401k distribution money from these people for months and they hang up on us when we call to get info on when we can expect to receive OUR money. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The woman in the distribution center is very nasty and is the one that hangs up on us. On October 13, 1994, I acquired my Driver's License from Dublin, PA DMV. I used State Farm Insurance to insure my 10 year old used Chevrolet Chevette [beige]. When I had an accident in 1999 in Sellersville, PA, they covered my claim nicely. What I don't think is that any of the insurance companies really investigate things the way they should-given European passports are not enforced.
