Total ripoff. Best to avoid. Service has been going down for year but now they've taken it to a whole new level. Apparent change in ownership. They showed up an entire week early for opening of pool. I still had the cover on and had not yet raised the level of the water or placed chmicals outside. Pretty basic stuff. You would think that upon seeing that, the crew would have called to ask "what's up?" No, they just went about their business. When I discovered them in my yard, I dismissed them and left for my office. But yet they returned and disabled my pool heater out of spite. Very professional. Totally suck. ...read more
