The first time we hired this company, they canceled due to possible thunder showers. (on this date we had warm & sunny weather ALL DAY!) He was told about this and stated that it rained all day while doing three homes and and he is 45 minutes away from me... that's why the weather was different. (When in fact it did not rain in Carbondale at that time. It was rescheduled for a Thursday with a comment of "Even if it rains, he will be here." Both days were scheduled for first thing in the morning. On Thursday he called at 9:01 and stated he would be here in 15 to 20 minutes. At 10:00 I called to see where he was at and he stated that he is still on another job and he questioned me as to why I had to have it first thing in the morning, that he did not want to get sick washing one house in the morning... and that he has 50 other jobs waiting!
