Great experience with this independent dealer. Very low pressure and listened to my needs. Full service offerings from having many great cars at reasonable prices, to securing financing at fair rates, to completing courtesy trade with no hassle, i recommend this establishment. Their cars may not be the cleanest, but they are quality and I saved thousands compared to going to the big dealer across the street. Very happy with the car they sold me. Jo Ann was soo extremely helpful, and they went above and beyond to help us. We were kind of in a bind for a document that needed notarized in PA for a person with disabilities. Jo Ann made a personal house call the very next day to help us. I couldn't recommend them more highly. ...read more

Had an agreement to purchase one of their cars. They even faxed me a purchase order as an agreement to the purchase price. I left a message the next day and never heard back from them. Found out that while I was leaving them a message, they had sold the car to someone else. The salesman said he tried to call me several times to make sure I still wanted to buy the car, before he sold it to someone else... I pulled my phone records...his number wasn't listed. Apparently agreements don't matter. Beware of this business...they're an example of how a business shouldn't treat customers. ...read more
