I am grateful for, (here is where I list who I am thankful for and things about them), be sure to remember family, friends, loved ones, teachers, doctors, influences, pets etc. A helpful tip is to keep a gratitude journal, that way if you are having a day where you are not feeling thankful than you can look back and remember why you are.
