Adam promptly came to my home and provided me with a favorable estimate for work to be done. Twice he confirmed that the work would begin July 8th. I had questions about several items that I needed to purchase. Adam did not respond to my email about the situation so on 6/6 I called him. He suggested we meet at Lowes to purchase the items. When several weeks went by and I didn’t hear from him to schedule a time to meet, I left a number of voice messages and sent an email asking him to please call me about those items. He never responded. Finally, with only 5 days left until the work was to start, I emailed him to cancel the job. I still heard nothing from him. I called again on the day the work was to begin—still no response. Adam has refused to accept my calls and provides no explanation as to what happened with this job. I have wasted 6 weeks assuming that when he agreed to do the job he was honorable and would do so. He failed to respond to my BBB complaint. ...read more
