My family and I visited this wonderful church when we were visiting in Bethlehem last week. This small friendly group of Christians welcomed us warmly before the service began. The wonderful spirit-filled worship is what impressed us the most! The service was filled with excellent music and singing in the finest Lutheran tradition. God's Word was central in the service and the sermon message was like God speaking to us. After the service there was an extended time of fellowship and lots of food. Most everyone stayed around and enjoyed visiting. We asked what the special occasion was that they had all this food. They said, "O we do this every Sunday." Even though we were just visitors, we felt like we were at home in this church. We wish we had a church like Concordia in our town! But be sure to keep this church a secret. You wouldn't want to have trouble finding a place to sit if too many people found out about this gem of a church! ...read more
