At approximately 12:45 am on 3/24/2012, I was playing Wheel of Fortune slot machine. After I had put in about $1,500, the machine froze up. An attendant came over and opened the machine to fix it, and after three failed attempts of trying to force the money down and start the machine back up to resume my play, I was told that there was too much money in the box. I still had money in the machine, so after printing my voucher I asked for a senior manager,and was refused. I requested to speak with a gaming official, and was refused again. After I finished playing I went to get a Gaming Official on my own and filed a formal complaint. While I was filing the complaint, Senior managers and an attendant went to the machine that was too full with money, and changed the money box out, and reset the machine. I feel that this was unfair and I should have been brought a Gaming Official when I requested one. I feel I was disrespected and cheated after all the money I spend at your establishment. I have been to every casino in Atlantic City, many strip casinos in Las Vegas, casinos in southern Calif., Lake Tahoe and all the new ones in the Philadelphia area. In PA, Parx comes the closest to feeling like a Las Vegas casino, the service is much better than any casino in Atlantic City. Slots, Tables, Horses with Poker and more tables on the way, cool place to spend a day! I spoke to one of the managers, there is plans for a hotel and an outdoor arena. First I agree with everybody regarding smoking. It is terible. After 10 minutes inside the casino, I had to leave. Second, the casino enploees are not up to their job requirement, as a result the service is sub-standard.
