ReviewThe initial consultation was pleasant. Jim quoted the planting of 20 hemlocks as a hedge surrounding the perimeter of the yard. It went quickly downhill from there. Scheduling became difficult. The hemlocks were of sub par quality, but we were told they would fill out once in ground and watered. More than several phone calls had to be made to ensure the crew would actually make it out to plant the hemlocks. After planting, we watered as instructed and over seven hemlocks did not make it through the winter. Per our contract, Jim guaranteed plant replacement. After his wife took message this spring regarding replanting trees, not only was my call not returned but all subsequent calls were directed to voice-mail with no response. I worked for this agency for several months. I was called in desperation because their only physical therapist quit. (in retrospect I now know why). I gladly came in to assist them in their time of need, and the thanks that I get is that they refuse to pay me! I have never in my 17 years of being a PT had anything like this happen to me.
