I can order from this place a MILLION times and they'll always mess up my order, take forever getting it to me, or the food is actually bad!! The store is ridiculously dysfunctional!!! GET RID OF THE MANAGERS! THEY are your problem!!!! They were of no help AT ALL in correcting my order. Also get rid of that loser district manager you have! I spoke to him about these problems with my orders and he never wants to fix my entire order and avoids giving my money back! F*cking cheap a$$! No respect for your customers at all! How long will it take you guys to realize that the people you have in charge is what is causing so much damage to your rep!!!! What happened to the other guy who ran the store? Their motto should be: DECENT FOOD, TERRIBLE SERVICE. We tried to take a large group of friends here last night. Called ahead twice and they would not take our reservation and said we "shouldn't have a problem" getting a table for all of us when we arrived. We managed to grab the last two parking spaces in their tiny lot, walk in and there's no "wait to be seated" sign and no one in sight to help us so we began to search for a table. The wait staff we saw would only acknowledge us to ask us to move so they could get past us. We found two tables that we could push together and fit at and my husband had to go ask someone for menus. We've been there for about ten minutes looking at our menus (no one has come to take our order in this time) when a guy comes over and says we have to move because the tables we sat at were reserved for another group that would be there in 20 minutes. We said they weren't marked as reserved and asked if there was any other table big enough for all of us. He said there wasn't another table big enough for us. We asked what we should do then and he says in a very rude tone "I don't know what to tell you. We need this table for a reservation." Needless to say we walked out and went to another establishment! This place seriously needs to invest in either a Wait to be Seated sign or some Reserved signs... having neither makes no sense!
