I had a fairly small rug to be cleaned and when I dropped it off, the day to pick it up was 3.5 wks later. It took approx 7.5 wks to get it back and the cost was more than quoted. I also asked for it to be deodorized but it still smells at the one end of it. To return it , I feel, will just mean that I have to wait another 8 wks to put the rug on my floor. I specifically and repeated expressed my desire for an HP central vac system. He gave me a HP motor unit but swapped the outlets for an off brand. In putting the hose into the off brand outlet, it doesn't connect automatically, I have to wrestle with the hose/outlet connection to get the motor to start. I complained several times and didn't recieve a call back. I guess they are done once they get their money. ...read more
