However, even if they don't have a particular title (that's what happened to me), they're happy to either help you find it online, at another store, or offer you a similar title. Although this particular Blockbuster store is a little on the small side, I've always had excellent service there. The majority of the staff knows what is on stock just off the top of their head, and if they aren't sure, they're very quick to help by looking it up and even helping you find that exact title you're looking for. Even though this is a corporate-owned store, the level of service that you get at this particular one makes it feel like a family-run business.
