There salesman was very helpful finding me the best fit wheels, tires and suspension set up for my vehicle. He took the time to find me something I like in my price range instead of forcing one or two wheels on me like every other store I went to. Today's Business is about Customer Service... Auto Addictions and Jack Williams tire has none. I took my Brand New wheels to be dismounted at an agreed upon price. Not only did they charge me more $~115 to dismount 4 tires (yikes), but they damaged 3 of the 4 wheels. Then the manager Ray had the cojones to blame me and say they were that way when he got them. Duh... Did I mention they were brand new? I also "waxed" the wheels before I brought them to you dude.... so, I don't think so guys. He gave me a huge attitude about it all, overcharged and then refused to install the overpriced tires I ordered from them. VERY POOR Customer Service guys. It's a small town and word gets around. I'm in the service industry and in these economic times we do whatever it takes to earn and keep a customer. Buyer Beware. Not recommended. ...read more
