Family member had a wreck on I-78. Read these reviews, then researched fair pricing for cleaning up debris and fluids and for towing; checked what a junk yard would pay for a totaled car, plus towing there. Then called Faust and identified myself as a family member of the person in the wreck (who had minor injuries). The woman who answered had seen the car and asked how the driver was(!). She put me on with a man who told me that the fee was $400 (about $50 more than hoped), due to taking out two trucks and doing an extensive cleanup (true). I asked what the fee would be if we turned over the title for scrap, and the price went down significantly. When I said that I could be there next day with cash, asked for and got a waiver of the $40/day fee. Requested and got a detailed receipt listing the VIN of the vehicle, title signed off, price paid, stating on receipt no future $ needed. Be low-key and friendly, and they're fine.
