I had a bad experience with this appraiser. I don't believe that he is up to date on current Lehigh Valley real estate trends. I found many mistakes in his report and much of the information he used was outdated. In my opinion, the work he performed was sloppy to the point of being unprofessional. Larry Higgins, owner of Love Homes in Allentown, PA, does not deserve even a one star rating, he is a a very bad business man. He lies, lies, lies. STAY AWAY!!!! He is incredibly manipulative and gives a whole new meaning to the word "salesman." If you see any good reviews on him, chances are, those reviews are from his own employees or family members. You will not get your money back, and the items he promises you, or the dates of delivery, never happen, not to mention, homes are insultingly cheaply built! ...read more
