I lived here for years and I loved it ... I had a mixed breed pitbull and the new owners now have breed discrimination issues. Amy the new "property manager" is incredibly rude. She should probably find a new career. It's disgusting how much it has changed it use to be a nice place for people to enjoy with their pets, not anymore. The lofts at Auburn Station, managing by Auburn Station Realty, are in steep decline. This was a nice place to live years ago. Not anymore. Maintenance is non-existent. The lawn mowing company quit as did the company that empties the pet waste receptacles. The units do look nice, but if your washer or dishwasher breaks, it can take months for Auburn Station to replace it. And hope it doesn't rain hard. The roof is old and needs to be replaced and many of the units have leaked. Toxic mold anyone?? ...read more

Not a good place for first time buyers. Please make sure you do your own market research so you aren't as easily convinced into paying over market value for the property. I will use a different real estate company the next time I shop for a house. ...read more
