The food is good, the staff are friendly and attentive. I'm happy there is a local Italian restaurant. The lunch menu has enough variety to make it interesting and when you are on a short lunch they give you enough time to enjoy your food. I haven't tried their dinners yet. Dar Essalam is a hidden gem in Wilsonville. It may be off the beaten path but it is well worth the effort to find it. The food is fantastic and the service is every bit as good. The menu is not as limited as it appears since you can do a lot of mixing and matching with the tajine meal. Take some time to talk with the chef and you can learn a lot about Moroccan cuisine.
