I believe the true test of any Company is when things go wrong. We had a Speed Queen washer that needed warranty repair. J & S repaired the washer, but at pick up the Manager, (I think) asked I NOT bring my business back to J & S. He said it was because I had dropped off the washed on a Sunday. I was speechless... perhaps it was because I had purchased the washer at another store? One thing for sure, I will honor his request. In Late March/early April we took our rv in to have the a/c unit repaired. We had bought a part ourselves because they kept losing the order form. They replaced the pasty with specific instructions to make sure it was working after it was replaced. Three weeks later we paid and picked up our rv which had a flat tire now. They said that they checked everything and it was all working. They lied to us! We got halfway through our military transfer to find that the a/c was not working. I paid a person to fix it and what he found when he took the cover off was that the thermostat sensor wire was cut all the way off down to the thermostat. Obviously Skipanon had not inspected the unit to make sure it was properly working. The man was very unfriendly and made us feel like our business wasn't even wanted and we were only some easy money for him. Extremely disappointed! ...read more
