3CM Stone in Tualatin, Oregon has handled our home renovation project in a very poor quality and professional manner. The communication and job got derailed from the start as they broke the slab intend for our job and tried to insist we use a particular material that wasn't even a close match to what we wanted. Eventually the boss got involved and made good on that but I wish we would have canceled our contract with them and started with someone who actually made inquiries and was nice about the job. they got in a personal fight with our contractor and yelled at me about it saying that he "doesn't really exist" and waht's a client to do with that information? They eventually had the dispute with us as we didn't like the fact they didn't know how to install a shower bench at a gradual slope to avoid a drainage issue and they insisted they could amek it right by channeling a bevel edge into the corner but it turned our to be more of a noticable trench in the middle They cursed at us. ...read more
