I have many times seen the owner in the restaurant asking his customers how their meals are. He always guarantee's customer satisfaction. It's a classy restaurant that allows you to come as you are. Hi, I own the yaquina bay hotel and restaurant. I would first like to start by saying We advertise good food at a great price!! We guarantee everything we do. Although Im sure in the process we have made a few mistakes along the way I have always been willing to pay for them. In time we will be in the best of the best category. We have only been open a few months and are still trying to work out the kinks. (as any new facility would do) I have a wonderful following of regular customers that have treated me better than I could ever ask for. I thank all of my customers because without them I understand I wouldn't be here. As for our food. We make our mash potatoes homemade every day our chef's prepare homemade soups. We use only fresh vegetables. So for those of you that are unsatisfied I apologize I thank you for you business in advance.
