the staff is very sweet and helpful but the highlights that I had done came out very blochy and yellow :( rather than give me any kind of refund or try to repair it they just washed it with purple shampoo and called it good. It looked aweful and I had to dye my own hair back to it's natural color because I had no money left to have it fixed professionally.
