I just received the worst service in the Drive up window. I ordered two spicy meals and two chicken kids meals...It took 15 minutes to get my order. As I was driving away the employee yelled STOP WAIT! She said I gave you two tacos. She reached in and pulled out two tacos, dumping out all my fries in the bag. I drive home and find that the kids meals had no chicken at all. I also discovered she didn' give me my card back or a reciept. I went back and spoke to a MGR. He told me I needed to be more carefull with my card and handed me the now cold chicken! No Sorry', No fresh food, He just walked to the back of the store!! MY wife is pregnet and craves Jack 2 to 3 times a week...I wll make the extra drive from now on!!! ...read more
