Moved in on a weekend, pd rent. Manager said I had to leave after 1 nite as RV "Did not fit into park, looked bad" and would not refund my money for 2 weeks but wanted me out immediately. I called my church for help, Manager Sandy told my church member a bunch of lies. Said There were several things that did not work on the RV. That was a lie, it is 25 yrs old looks good except front where a sign was removed, screws placed &covered with clear caulk that was dirty. I spent 1 day cleaning/scrubbing the outside, but not good enough for them. They do NOT have full hookups as they said. Only 30 amp, no 110 or 50 amp. They are not handicap accessable as required by law. Your dog can't bark or you are fined even when managers come to your lot unannounced. Very noisy d/t Safeway across the street. Trucks in/out all nite, refrigerator trucks parked on street by park running all nite. GOOD LUCK!!!! ...read more
